NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – ADOPTION OF SubRegs – 08-19-2019

The Spartanburg County Council will hold a public hearing Monday, August 19, 2019, at
5:30 p.m. in the County Council Chambers of the County Administration Building located at366 North Church Street, Spartanburg, SC. The purpose of the hearing is to receive
comments from interested persons concerning the following:
ADOPTION OF NEW COUNTYWIDE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS.
A copy of the proposed Subdivision Regulations will be available for review in the
Spartanburg County Planning Department and Administration Office as well as online at
www.spartanburgcountyapp.org.
Public Notice is required by the S.C. code of Laws Annotated Title 6, Chapter 29, if you
have any questions or need additional information, please contact the Spartanburg County
Planning Department at (864) 596-3570.
All interested parties should attend. At the time and place fixed for said public hearing, all
taxpayers, residents or other interested persons who appear will be given an opportunity toexpress their view for or against the adoption of the Ordinance.
If special accommodations are need to participate in the public hearing, contact the
Spartanburg County Council office at (864) 596-2528 at least 48 hours prior to the
scheduled meeting date.
