Planning Commission to discuss proposed performance zoning ordinance Tuesday
The Spartanburg County Planning and Development Commission plans to meet Tuesday to consider recommending the proposed Performance Zoning Ordinance to Spartanburg County Council.
The Planning Commission is scheduled to meet at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 10 in County Council Chambers, 366 N. Church St., Spartanburg.
The agenda includes discussion of several recommended changes, including the following:
- the Performance Zoning Ordinance;
- amendments to the Unified Land Management Ordinance;
- the proposed Spartanburg County Comprehensive Plan;
- changes to Subdivision Regulations and the Unified Land Management Ordinance.
The meeting also will include a second public hearing on the proposed performance zoning ordinance and the first public hearing on the amendments to the Unified Land Management Ordinance. Public hearings are scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m.
